Hi there,
You want a custom menu!
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Here are the specific steps for you:
First, go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus:
https://lfej.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
Then, title the menu next to "menu name" and save it.
Then, scroll down to your Pages and click the check mark next to every page you'd like to include in the menu (including sub-pages).
Click "add to menu"
Then you can move your sub-pages so that they fall under the correct main menu item (they will show up on hover over the main menu item).
Then click "Save Menu"
Finally, under "theme locations" on the left, choose the name of your menu from the drop-down menu and click "save."
Just let me know if you run into any issues!
