How can I stop a rougue site from listing and displaying my posts?

http://haaram.com/Default.aspx?ln=en has apparently popped up as amalgamation of various blogs. They've listed and linked to my blog without my permission.

'haraam' means BASTARD in Hindi & Urdu. It's a rogue site, posting feeds and entire blog posts from various bloggers. Though they have a sign up page - my blog's been linked without ever contacting me.

Is there any way I get my blog off that list? I do have Creative Commons License displayed on my blog. I tried CopyScape & GoogleAlert, but neither of them caught this site.

Is there anything I can do?
