Go here > Dashboard > Users > All Users and delete any username you find there that is not authorized to have access to your blog. http://jesusmyjoy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php
Go here and immediately change your password to a very strong password >

Go to your rmail account change your password to a very strong password
Read this section carefully and know if you are posting by phone it was probably your email account that was hacked to gain access to your blog.

That particular post was submitted to your post by email address. It is possible that either someone knows your post by email address, or a spam but just stumble across it while trying random email addresses.
