    Please consider how you sound to those who Volunteer to help fellow bloggers when posing questions like:

    How can I talk to a real person?

    Everyone answering questions here is a live human being. When people ask questions like that it's hard not so assume that they are cell phone addicts. lol :D

    This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.

    Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance. There is no phone support. Only those with the Business Upgrade have live chat support.

    We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there's rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

  3. Some WordPress consultants offer phone support, but it's not cheap. I have a package of ten hours for $500 which, compared to my usual rate is very cheap, but it must be paid up front.

  4. My domain expired - I think - because reminders went to a defunct email address. My email address changed when I moved so I had no way to receive any warnings.
    I'd like to talk to a real person so I can understand this better.

    So, again: what is the domain name that has expired?

  6. This is why I LIKE dealing with questions like this on the phone. If you have to repeat a question several times, each iteration is billable time.

    I'm happy to help you out with your domain. Can you let me know what domain you had on your account that has expired?

    Also, to your first question, I believe you're asking how you can speak to someone over the phone. Is that correct? If so, currently, we do not offer phone support for WordPress.com. The forums or email are your best bet. However, we can definitely get this taken care of here! Just let me know the domain name you're referring to.
