   and, I was just wondering how I can tell whether a WordPress Plugin will work for Blogs Hosted In Shared Hosting?

   If you mean here on wordpress.com, plugins are not permitted.

   Yap, nice idea;
   the forums are quite useful,
   I see the issue being discussed in a number of places;
