How develop the html richtext formated textarea, for my web site's contact us fo

  1. How develop the html richtext formated textarea, for my web site's contact us webform?

The blog I need help with is lselwd.wordpress.com.

  2. You cannot at wordpress.com. It would require a plugin, and we cannot use plugins at wordpress.COM for security reasons.

  3. I mean like yui of yahoo at
YUI 2: Rich Text Editor http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/editor/
    ???
    Are you also mean this...?
Then which plugin of wordpress is appropriate, for my site[not wordpress blog]?

  4. This forum is for those hosted here at wordpress.COM. We would not know anything about other types of websites. You need to search the internet for your answer, or contact the developer of that editor and ask them.

  5. I mean you understand what I mean by rich textarea editor? The wordpress plugin, for this how is called, and where found?

  6. You may not realize it, but there are two very different and separate kinds of WordPress.
wp.COM is a multi-user platform with free hosting
wp.ORG is software for self-hosted blogs
So, the forum where you can find assistance would be:
http://wordpress.org/support/
    The differences in more detail:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  7. The editor that WordPress uses is TinyMCE and is available from http://moxiecode.com/products_tinymce.php . The version used here has been modified though so what you get won't be exactly the same.

  8. please tell URLs:
How add my own javascript code to my wordpress blog, eg keep blog update even no refresh or reload page OR as you scroll to end of page of blog, entries olded entries, start to appear (continuously till exhausted the list) without press anything or make heavy loads of the webpage...?

  9. Is this the blog you are talking about, http://lselwd.wordpress.com/ ? If so, you cannot do that. This is a multi-user free blogging service and javascript, PHP, flash and such are not allowed here due to security concerns.

For your website (not on wordpress.COM) I gave you the link to the editor. It is up to you to make it work in your site.

  10. well , I have the BOOK:
PRO Javascript Technicles, Apress 2006, John Resig
and in ch.10 gives Ajax standard code that use in ch.11 - Enhancing Blogs with Ajax, and use wordpress blogs....

well to practice the examples I must install and upload, wordpress download in my site? or...?

  11. When they say wordpress, they are talking about a self-hosted wordpress blog using the software from wordpress.ORG. It cannot be done here. You have to do one of two things.

    1. Register a domain name, hire a web host such as godaddy or dreamhost, etc., download, install and configure the wordpress software onto that hosting account. Figure an average cost of around $10 to $25 per month.

    2. Install WAMP (Windows) or MAMP (Mac) on your computer and then install the wordpress software directly on your own computer. It would be a local install only meaning only you could see it. It would not be on the internet, but it would allow you to play with the javascript and such.

All of the above is something you will have to decide, and since that has nothing to do with wordpress.COM, we cannot help you with that stuff here in these forums. You will have to do some internet searching and such and find the answers elsewhere.

  12. "wordpress software onto that hosting account" can installed and on Shared Hosting Environments (server) or deed dedicated or v-dedicated servers...?

WordPress installation is free so cost nothing, since I have domain and hosting from prior...
this may be the blog of my official Site?

  13. Since that has nothing to do with wordpress.COM, we cannot help you with that stuff here in these forums. You will have to do some internet searching and such and find the answers elsewhere.

  14. wordpress online service or/and download includes wiki..?
