   Instead of posting my pic and blog entry, there's a place to click for more. How do I get it to go back to just showing the whole post?

   Open the post for edit and simply remove the "more" tag and then save the post.

   Thank you :-) It took me a while to find the "more". How did it get there?

   You probably had accidentally clicked on the More button.
