How do activate Category Cloud Widget to show names in different sizes

Hey everyone,
Mike from One Tribe 2010. I'm configuring my widgets and the Category Cloud is not responding. Only some of the category names show up and they are all the same size. My minimum font is at 100 and Max is at 240. As a test I excluded some of the names that are showing up to see if it would respond to the change, but it did not. If anyone out here in the Word Press community has experience or could offer any help and assistance with this, it would be grateful appreciated. Thanks
