How do I set up WordPress

    How do I
    1.Unzip a package / file in an empty directory and upload everything.
    2.Open wp-admin/install.php in your browser. It will take you through the process to set up a wp-config.php file with your database connection details.

    I think you might be referring to a WordPress.com installation. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.Please check out the following links to learn the differences. You can find support for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress here.
