   how do I add a link to allow people to subscribe to my blog?

   The blog I need help with is virtualcitypa.wordpress.com.

   You have two options:

   1) Add your blog's RSS feed to its sidebar via a Text Widget - http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/put-your-feed-in-your-sidebar/

   2) Offer e-mail subscriptions via Feedburner - http://support.wordpress.com/email-subscriptions/
