how do i add a plug-in in wordpress.com?

    I am looking on my dashboard and I cannot find where to add a plug-in.. My theme is coraline.

    The blog I need help with is kidworldcitizen.org.

    Unfortunately, plugins are not supported on WordPress.com, for different securty reasons:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

    However, you can add widgets and extend the functionalities of your site this way. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/

    If you really want to use custom plugins on your blog, you may want to consider switching to the self-hosted version of WordPress, where you will have control over plugins. read more about it here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
