How do I add users to a private blog?

    I have set up a private blog that I would like to restrict access to. I have about 20 people who I would like to allow to access it, however I cannot figure out how to set up usernames for them. Ideally, I would create one username that could be used by all 20 people to view my posts and comment on them.

    If I must create a username for each person, then I need it to be simple. Is there a way for a person to have a username without having an account with wordpress?

    Each person will need to have their own username but they can easily sign up for a WordPress.com username without adding a blog here.

    Once they have that username created you can add them from Settings > Privacy in your Dashboard.
