Im in the process of setting up a group blogging site, and want people to have the option of commenting anonymously without having to create a separate wordpress account. Is this possible?

The blog I need help with is notaboutmeproject.wordpress.com.
They would need to be signed out of WordPress.com to do so this way they have the option to fill any name in the name field...
