How do I automatically set the featured image to the first image in the post?

    How do I automatically set the featured image to the first image in the post? I transferred over 500 posts from blogger and want to make the default featured image the first image in each post. Is that possible?

    The blog I need help with is artisbasic.wordpress.com.
