How do I cancel a theme?

  1. I ordered a theme but it mapped to the wrong blog. How can I cancel this purchase?

    The blog I need help with is projectfeel.com.

    Please confirm the URL of the blog you purchased the theme for. Note that one has to be logged in under the exact same username that registered a blog to purchase an upgrade for it and have that upgrade applied to that blog.

  4. Provided you are actually referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog and not to a WordPress.org install and you did purchase a premium theme form WordPress.COM then you can request a refund and log in under the correct username account and purchase the theme for the correct blog.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
