   HOw can I get a refund and cancel my site?
   I was merely trying to create a blog that should be named the-yes-project.com.... That was the name I originally typed when creating the blog. But somehow the name got changed to theyesprojectdotcom.wordpress.com... Then I bought an upgrade bundle because I thought I could custom my URL that way - anyway, this didn't help. I still drag the .wordpress around in my url ..

   So now I endded up spending a lot of money for something that didn't meat my needs.
   Will you please help me cancel my purchase (just did it this evening, so I don't even think the money was withdrawn drom my account yet) and give me a refund. Also cancel the site domain. I Just want to start all over, because everything got too messy and I ended up buying a lot of stuff that I didn't even need...

   Please help me ! This is a jungle !

   I've removed your bundle and issued a refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.

   It doesn't look like you registered a custom domain yet.

   If you need further help, just let me know.

   I would like a refund if possible. I did not think this was going to be as difficult to make as it was. I also saw nowhere that there would be the word "wordpress" in my domain name. Please issue a refund for me if possible.

   Hi Christina - the Value Bundle is refundable up to 30 days after purchase, excluding any custom domain names which are refundable for up to 48 hours after purchase.

   If you like, I would be glad to issue you a full refund, or you can feel free to do it yourself under Store > My Upgrades by clicking on the "Cancel & Refund" link:

   The bundle includes one free domain name, which you haven't added yet. If you decide to keep your bundle and add a domain name, you can do that under Store > Domains.

   Like others on this page, the domain name offered and the one actually provided were not in line with my expectations and when I attempted to make a correction, I was unable to go back a step. You need to fix that.
