How do i change my dashboard address?? I somehow had a primary one that I didn't want and it is now my dashboard address which I have deleted! help!

Let me see if I undertand. From your post, I think this is what happened:
1. you started a blog
2. you registered a domain name (for example, lisalipsblog.com) and set that domain name as your primary domain for your blog
3. for a while, you accessed your dashboard using the new domain (lisalipsblog.com/home/wp-admin/)
4. you decided you did not like the domain and so you did not renew it when it expired--so now you no longer control the domain
5. however, when you try to go to your blog's dashboard, wordpress is still trying to send you lisalipsblog.com/home/wp-admin/, which does not show anything
6. you just want to access your dashboard so you can change back to the default dashboard address--but you can't access your dashboard to make the change.Is is this right? Sorry I can't help you, I have the same problem and am trying to find a solution too

or the prefered secure:
http://blogsubdomain.wordpress.com/wp-admin/If you have multiple blogs you can switch by hovering you mouse pointer over on your account name on the right side of administrator bar: and selecting through the menus.

I think the problem is that I don't know my blog's subdomain. when I login, I can make a new post and it seems as if the post gets accepted, but I cannot view it. For me, the domain name I set up was provocitycouncil.com so when I make a new post at http://wordpress.com/#!/post/ (after having logged in) and follow the "view post" link, wordpress tries to take me to http://www.provocitycouncil.com/home/?p=88. Of course, because the domain is no longer under my control, the browser does not show my post. I'm not sure if I ever set up another subdomain for my blog or not.
