How do I change my email address?

  1. Whenever I go to my profile and type a new one in, after I hit update it just goes back to the old one. Thanks for your help!

  2. This is where you can change your email address
    =>Dashboard => Options => General

    Scroll down to:
    E-mail address:
    This address is used only for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.

  3. Check your inbox. You have to confirm the change. Until you do, it will remain the old address.

  4. I have changed my email under "Users", but I cannot change under "Options". This might be the same problem as maggienelson suggested. I type the same new address I've just changed to, hit update button but it goes back to the old email. Any idea? Thanks.

    Have you checked your email inbox and spam folders?

  6. Yes. I'm checking every 5 minutes lol

The problem is that everytime I type my new mail address under "options" and hit up-date, it revert back to old one and it looks the system does not recognise the change, hence no confirmation email to new email address. I did exactly the same thing under Users>Profile>email change>update and got support email and confirmed. So I have no idea why I cannot do under "Options"

    Is it an isoleted problem? Do I need to contact to support via feedback?

    I am finding the same problem. I follow all the instructions, get the new email, click on the link to confirm, and nothing changes.

  11. juliabrown, I would just contact support as well through the feedback in your admin or support at this domain as they should be able to help you with that!

  12. Have to put me in for same problem. I change it and never receive the email. My provider says they are not filtering it so... If anyone figures it out I'll be grateful.
