How do I change the blog that comments direct people to?

  1. I am logged in. I comment on another WP blog. My name is hyperlinked. It points to blog A. I want some comments to got to Blog A and some to B. Is it possible to do this?

This user posted the same problem and got no answer.

I have two blogs on wordpress - one is set to primary. How can I comment on other blogs and have that comment linked to my second blog (instead of my primary)? I have looked through profile, user names, etc and it seems that any change I make to allow my comments to be linked to my secondary blog, make ALL of my comments link to that blog. For ex. if my first blog is about crocheting, and I want to comment on another crochet blog, I want my comment linked to my first blog. If my second blog is about cooking, then I want all my comments on other cooking blogs linked back to my cooking blog.
    How do I do this?

The blog I need help with is elijahjourney.wordpress.com.

  2. As far a I know there is no there is no way to do this simply...

    I have two blogs
My name is linked to a poetry blog when I am logged in, because most of the time I comment, its on blogs that are creative or literature blogs and they may be interested in my creative blog.

But if I comment on a wordpress blog and I want the other blog, referred to, I have to log out ,and type my URL in separately.

This is the easiest way I know of.

It would be nice to have the option two chose between blogs when commenting on a wordpress.com while logged in.
maybe an Idea for lords of wordpress

please note my comment here on how to set the link to ones account when commenting:

  3. I agree that would be a nice feature. Another solution is to have different accounts, different emails, for Blog A and Blog B. But that has down sides too.

  4. Log out and fill in whichever blog you want. That's the easiest way.

  5. Ack. It is possible, but a nuisance. Plus, I have to make a second account.

  6. I do what raincoaster does and it takes only moments.

  7. No, you don't have to make a second account if you log out to comment.
