Currently the Comments option is not very intuitive and it just likes a 0 at the top of the Blog posting. It would be great if I could position it underneath the Blog Post with the words Comments just so its a bit more obvious.

The site linked to your username is not a wordpress.COM blog so we can't help you with that. If you are talking about a wordpress.COM blog then we need a link to it.
Its one of the wordpress templates though? Do you not support these?
