How do I change the Gravatar Image in URL box in a browser?

I changed my Gravatar and it correctly changed it in one part of WordPress but not in other areas (such as the small image that shows up in the URL box in a browser). I even took the step of totally removing that image from the Gravatar and it still shows up. What am I missing? Thanks

We call this little icon a 'Blavatar'. Carefully follow the instructions over here on how to upload a new Blavatar.
