how do i change the order of my posts

  1. under my categories, all of the posts show up, but i want to change the order. how do i do this?

btw, when i looked this up, people were talking about php code, but i dont know what that is so...

The blog I need help with is narwhalandia.wordpress.com.

  2. By default, WordPress.com blogs display posts in reverse chronological order on the home page with the latest post at the top. There isn’t a way to display posts in chronological order, but you can mark some posts as Sticky to make them appear above the other posts. They will stay at the top of your posts until you uncheck that option on the Edit screen for that post.

You can mark a post as sticky by checking the option that says “Stick this post to the front page” in the Publish settings on any post.

  3. .php isn't applicable here, only on self-hosted sites.

If the dates of the posts aren't important as such, you could edit the post dates (essentially fooling the system) to get the posts in the order you want.
