   How do I contact wordpress staff?? I have been trying to find a direct contact method for the past 1 hour and still can't find anything!

   I have recently registered a domain for my site to be parallelhaven.com but now we want to change the name of our site. It has been over 2 days since registering but I really want to change my sitename to havensecrets.com instead as we have already done all our preparations under havensecrets instead. I do not want to use parallelhaven anymore. Can the registered domain be transferred?

   PLEASE HELP! URGENT!

   The blog I need help with is parallelhaven.com.

   WordPress says livingontheedge.com is not available, but before requesting, I checked it on whois and it was available.

   Why the discrepancy?

   How do I contact Worpress. The site is http://www.cceminternational.com. The site is accessible through the search engine and all the information is there, however when I log into worpress to post or make changes, there is no content.

   This might be why WordPress.COM says not available

   @atym90 - you will need to register havensecrets.com - then ask the staff if they would transfer the domain mapping to the new name - you old name can be abandoned but not refunded - HOWEVER if you are getting traffic from your first domain name - killing the mapping would be bad since anyone with the old bookmark will not be able to get to your blog - if you have any traffic then leave the mapping in place but set havensecrets.com as the Primary domain so that will display in the browser window for your visitors

   @atym90, @teriroyal, @ccem12: I followed up with you either on your other forum thread or via email. In the future, to avoid confusion and so that your questions are not missed, please get in touch by opening a new support request via the Contact Form.

   @iamlivingontheedge: as @auxclass says, livingontheedge.com is taken (and seems to have been registered since 2001), sorry. You probably mistyped the domain when looking it up in whois would be my guess. You can register any other domain that is available.
