What happens to posts when they move from the Recent Posts list?
I have an archive button in my top navigation but no idea how to get my old posts there.

The blog I need help with is michcommunication.wordpress.com.
Every post we publish is simultaneously posted to Archives pages, Categories pages, and Tags pages. You can use an Archives Widget in your sidebar. Alternatively you can create a custom menu, and include an Archives page by simply typing the archives shortcode onto it and after you publish that page all your posts will appear on it.
