I would like to ustilise wordpress so i can create my websites.
How do i do this with word press? Is there any information available on how to upload my themes, or begin with the themes already on wordpress.

You're in luck! We have a guide to help you out with using WordPress.com to create a website, as opposed to a blog.
You're not able to upload you're on themes here at WordPress.com (that's a feature of self-hosted, WordPress.org powered blogs), but we have plenty of great themes to choose from (see our theme showcase.), and you can customise these with our custom design upgrade if you like.
