   I tried to contact you the other day about blog deleting. I have tried several times to delete hattiebriggs.wordpress.com and ssctraining.wordpress.com. Despite clicking on my tools and requesting an email link to delete them, I do not receive an email with the link to delete.. Please come back to me via [email redacted]. I see other people are having the same problem too. This is urgent as other blogs will take their place.

   Hi there,

   If you have clicked the link to request the email, it should be sent to the email address you have in your user account. If you know you are checking this email address, could you look in your spam folder and see if the confirmation email ended up there?

   Please let me know if you still don't have the delete confirmation email after checking these things.

   Have now managed to delete two blogs including the hattiebriggs.wordpress.com blog, thank you. Hattie Briggs' domain name hattiebriggs.co.uk was linked to/pointed at the wordpress blog, hattiebriggs.wordpress.com, which is now deleted. How do I break the link to the main domain in order to use it elsewhere? The linking is not due to expire until 12th February. Will it expire automatically now the blog has been deleted?

   Hi there,

   I have removed the link between hattiebriggs.wordpress.com and hattiebriggs.co.uk so you can re-use your domain elsewhere.

   Don't forget that you will need to update the name servers for hattiebriggs.co.uk to point to the name servers for your new site. Right now they are point to WordPress.com AND to 123-reg:

   Registrar Info

   Domain name:
   hattiebriggs.co.uk

   Name servers:
   ns.123-reg.co.uk
   ns2.123-reg.co.uk
   ns3.wordpress.com
