   I want to permanently delete from the internet this page, for instance: http://chriswright80.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/values2.pdf. How do I do so?

   The blog I need help with is chriswright80.wordpress.com.

   You can use Google's URL removal tool for any page that produces a 404 (page not found). > http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2008/03/21/how-to-remove-data-from-googles-cache/
