How do I delete content and start over?

One way is to go to your View Posts page and put each one you want to delete in the trash. Keep one just as a template that you will edit and write over when you get started again. Do the same with your pages, keeping one, maybe your about page. Do you have the regular menu or a custom menu?
Don't Delete your blog!
This will get you started.
