How do I do this?

    I am going crazy trying to figure out how to do something, and I can´t find any real directions on how to do it..

    I have added the theme "Matala" to my (soon to be) blog, and I want to change the backround like it says that you can do here:

    "When you add a custom background image or color, the main content area and right-hand sidebar will turn white, transforming Matala into a blank canvas that awaits your creations".

    Does anyone know where it says how to do it?

    The blog I need help with is vafann.wordpress.com.
