   You can do that with the Writing Helper, by creating a new page and clicking on the button to copy an existing page.

   I might be missing something here... but on the writer helper I only have "copy a post" not a page!
   Pages are not found on that option!
   How do I duplicate a page?

   You are right and I've misread the question. At this moment, the only way to copy a page is to literally copy its content and paste it on a new page, sorry.
