Look here > Appearance > Widgets and locate the text widget and chnage the information in it.
I would not post my email address and phone number due to the spammers we all have to cope with. Instead I would use a Page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ with the secure contact form shortcode on it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
