I am helping a friend with their WP blog http://soaring.eu. I need to do some admin work but I'm not sure where the site is hosted. I suspect it is hosted with WordPress.com. Can someone tell me how to figure that out?

Hosted by InternetNamesForBusiness or that is where the domain name is held? How can you tell?
I visited the blog and same the "powered by WordPress" link in the footer. I then went to Google and used who hosts this site?
Do a whois on the name
