How do I find the About part of the blog so I can edit it?

Do you mean the About page?
If so, go here > Pages > All Pages and hover over the title and click "edit".

"About you" ?

Thank you! I am not finding Word Press blog set up as intuitive as I had heard and now see why I have pals who have hired someone! (I don't care enough to do that!) Thanks to your help found my lost "About" page!
