How do I get a credit for an item that I bought & cancelled?

  1. I purchased VideoPress on 10/18/11 and it was charged to my credit card. A week later, I went to my dashboard, then the store, and cancelled where I was instructed to cancel, as I do not need this item for my blog. My credit card has not been credited for the $67.97 charge. I cannot get in touch with anyone at wordpress. I have emailed [email redacted] but have gotten NO response. I do not plan to pay for this item, as I do not need it and have notified wordpress within the allotted time to return items.

    The blog I need help with is bluesive.com.

  3. It looks like you just requested the refund today. Depending on the credit card provider, it can take up to ten days for the credit to appear.
