   I downloaded BBPress because I like their forums and I want it on my website.
   Now whats next after I do that?

   The blog I need help with is gsmroleplayers.wordpress.com.

   Plugins cannot be used at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress sites using the software from wordpress.ORG.

   The difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org (self-hosted) sites.

   You would have to self-host a wordpress.ORG installation on a third-party hosting service such as bluehost, dreamhost, etc., in order to use bbPress.

   You can link to a third party forum from your site - use a custom menu
