Oops! I hit the Enter button! Here's the deal: I keep getting this exhortation to configure a widget (Image) I'm not using and don't want...and I can't delete the message from the sidebar of the blog. It is an obnoxious little imp! Thanks for any help offered!
Have you tried going to Dashboard >> Appearance >. Widgets and dragging it off the sidebar?
Yep. Moved widget out of sidebar (no go) then moved to inactive area at bottom of page, then finally deleted it out of there. So now an unfulfilled image widget sits in the general area with all of the other ones I don't use. The message is still on my blog smirking at me. Hmmm.
