   I am excited about these WordPress Ads, but I don't have any yet. I would really enjoy having a WordPress Site with Word Ads, and I was wondering how to get some.

   The blog I need help with is yugiohphilosophy.wordpress.com.

   WordAds at WordPress.com is for blogs on their own domains
   You can apply to have your blog included after your purchase a domain mapping upgrade for it.

   So you don't need "moderate to heavy" traffic like they originally said?

   All you need is to have a custum domain?
