   Looks like Some SEO keyword Plug-in - get top ranked in Google in only three hours or something like that

   PS - you can't do Plug-in's here - security and reliability issue

   As auxclass pointed out above, WordPress.com comes pre-installed with a range of plugins. If you really need a third-party plugin we don't offer, you might want to consider a self-hosted installation of WordPress.
