How do I install WP Photo Album Plus? I have downloaded it but cannot get it onto my page. I would like to have photo albums instead of visible photos.

We don't allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

Plugin installation is not allowed on WordPress.com. Having a registered domain won't change this because your site will still be hosted on WordPress.com
If you want to install plugins, you'll need to run a self-hosted blog using WordPress.org. There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
