How do I make it easier for email followers?

  1. Is there something I can add to my blog that will make it easier for non-wordpress members to follow my blog? Like a "follow" icon where they can press and then plug in their email? I want to make it as easy as possible for somebody to put in their email and follow, and make the method very clear and quick to see.

The blog I need help with is imveryape.com.

  2. If you would like a follow button to appear on the bottom right hand corner of your site for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts see here > Dashboard Settings > Reading
    scroll down to:
Logged out users __ Show follow button to logged out users.
Checking this will present a follow button to logged out users in the bottom corner of their screen.
    "save changes"

  3. Note you can set up email subscriptions by using this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/

Find Friends Who Use WordPress > http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/05/01/find-friends/

You can customize the contact form with multiple fields, change the email address where you'll be notified, and mark feedbacks as spam from your dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

Note: As a spammer prevention you are limited to sending out 10 invitations at one point in time.

  4. Thank you so much for the help. This really helps!

  5. You're welcome and best wishes for happy blogging.
