   I want my catgories in a sidebar. Ive created custom menu widgets for these but they arent clickable. Cant figure out why.

   The blog I need help with is detblirbarapannkaka.wordpress.com.

   Until you publish a posts assigned to a Category the widget has no data that can be displayed.

   And your non-clickable items aren't categories anyway, they are widget titles. You don't use one widget for each category, you use one widget for all categories. See here for more:
