Whenever an author posts an article or review on my blog, it shows his username as the author. I would like to make it so that his name shows instead of his username. Is this possible, or does he have to just write his name like a signature on every post?
How do I make the Authors' names appear, not their usernames?

The author would have to change that themselves in their profiles on their accounts. It's under the "name" section in this support document: http://support.wordpress.com/user-profile/ .
