I need to change my website and webhosting. I also want to transfer my domain name and have everything under World Press. I am not too tech savy. I need help.

You will need an XML export file of your content which you can import into your WordPress.com blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
WordPress.com does not accept incoming domain transfers but you can map an existing domain. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
