how do i paste my ad on my website?

    Hello,i want to implement an adbrite ad on my website.Adbrite informed me that it was possible to implement ads on a wordpress blog by installing a plugin allowed by wordpress to serve ads through my blog.They said i had to go through wordpress directly to use correct plugin to ensure i remain compliant with wordpress policies.

    The blog I need help with is deanlaryea.wordpress.com.

    You don't unless you want you blog to be suspended because no blogger initiated advertising is allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Reference links:

    There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. Aside from a blog being accepted into WordAds http://www.wordads.co/ no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. Paid content and/or sponsored content is not allowed.

    So can you please tell me in detail how to paste an ad on my website,im just no good at these things.

    Ok can you tell me how to get my coded ad legally onto my website,also i want to paste below the very message i was sent by adbrite concerning this,could you please verify whats being said here:

    You can't. It is not allowed by WordPress.com.

    How many times do we have to tell you?

    If you want to put ads on your site you have to buy paid hosting from someone else, install software from WordPress.ORG and proceed that way.
