How do I place WP blog into one of a frame on my personal site?
Best bet would be to grab the WordPress software and install it to your own site.
unfortunately, both frames and iframes are slated for removal from the XHTML specifications. however, if you want to do it, here it is:
<html><body><br /> <iframe name="blog" src="http://sexerz.wordpress.com/" frameborder="0" width="450" height="450"><br /> <a href="http://sexerz.wordpress.com/" target="parent" title="blog">Sexerz Weblog</a></iframe><br /> </body></html>
change the width and height to whatever you need to fit a reasonable amount of your blog.
but yeah, what mike said. running your own blog is easy as pie. and less ugly. and better for search engines. and makes you sexy. or something.

Would love to see a source on that as that's the first I've heard about it.
hmm, i read it in a validation comparison between msn search, yahoo! and google. i'll try and dig up concrete evidence.
and i was trying to say 'deprecated' without scaring anyone off with big words.
