How do I post my blog?

We are new to wordpress and blogging completely. So we are having trouble finding our blog page. Please help us to post our page so that everyone is able to view it. Thank you.

  2. What is the URL of your blog?

  3. http://strengthinnumbers21.wordpress.com/ (You should always give this when asking questions.)

You're seeing that because you deleted the sample "Hello World" post, so your front page doesn't have anything to display. Once you publish any post, it will be ok.

  4. I TO AM NEW TO ALL OF THIS AND WOULD LOVE SOME HELP WITH THE TERMNOLOGY. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLOG, POST, AND THREAD. CAN PEOPLE READ MY WRITINGS AND REPLLY AND HOW DO I FIND THESE REPLIES. I KNOW THIS IS KIND OF DUMB TO GET INTO SOMETHING YOU NOTHING ABOUT BUT I LOVE TO WRITE AND HAVE OTHERS READ MY WORK AND I WAS GUESSING THIS WAS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT.

Firsta suggestion: Please don't write in all caps. On the web, they consider it shouting.

This wikipedia entry will explain what a blog is.

With a blog, you write posts about whatever interests you. Perhaps it is your hobbies, or sports, or whatever your heart desires. When people come to your blog and read what you say, they can, if they wish, comment on your post. The comments will appear on the single-post page below your post. The collection of comments on a post are sometimes referred to as a thread especially when the comments become more like a conversation where people are not only commenting on the post, but also on comments that other people have left. Coming soon here, we will have what is called "threaded" comments. With threaded comments, people can reply to other comments and then their reply will be grouped with the comment that they replied to and it ends up looking like a hierarchy.

If you love to write, and share things with others, then a blog would be a natural way to do it. The software has become so sophisticated that all of the hassles from 5 or so years ago have disappeared, and with the modern software, such as wordpress, you can concentrate on blogging and not have to learn a bunch of web stuff.
