Tried to download my Posterous file which is 237.43 MB. WordPress says Maximum size: 15MB). What can I do to download this file to move my Posterous site over to WordPress?

That sounds like it's the size of your entire Posterous backup. We only need your wordpress_export.xml file, which should be much smaller.
