I'm not quite sure if you want the copyright on each one of your pages/posts body or if you want the copyright at the end of your blog. Well, the second option is not possible as your theme doesn't have a footer, only a sidebar.
If your main interest is having the copyright notice displayed everywhere around the blog, I would rather put a text widget on your sidebar: it would be simpler than having to edit your pages/posts one by one and inserting the copyright on them. I can see you already have a text widget on your blog with "copyright" on it. You can simply write something as
Copyright (or use) © [dates] by [author/owner]
