Hi there. I’m not completely sure, but I think when you import your posts into WordPress post and page permalinks are automatically changed in WordPress.com URLs.
Create an export file of your posts in Typepad and then import it to your WordPress.com site under Tools ->Import in the dashboard for that blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
If your Typepad blog is at a custom domain and you want your WordPress blog to be at that custom domain instead, you’ll also need to purchase the domain mapping upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/Let me know if I’m misunderstanding what you want to do.
