   I have a domain elsewhere and I need to know the IP address of my blog.wordpress.com so that it can redirect. When I used NSlookup, it does not give me a distinct URL. Does this make sense?

   Just for reference, wp.com uses a series of servers scattered around the internet to help balance the load. That's why you see different IPs each time.
